What is EV+?

The bikes are delivered by our logistic partners such as FedEx and DHL via land delivery within the European Union. For other delivery-related questions, please refer to our Knowledge Base here or contact our customer service via our chatbot or contact form with your Order Number.

How will my EVIE Bike be delivered?

The warranty period for this product extends for a duration of two years and covers essential components, including the frame, motor, motor controller, handlebar display, Orbital AntiTheft system (lock, IOT module), and gear shifter. Please note that wear-and-tear parts, such as brake pads, chains, pedals, seats, seat posts, grips, tires, and cosmetic damages, are not included under warranty.

What does the warranty offer?

No. All prices quoted are final and inclusive of VAT.

Do I need to pay additional VAT on my order?

For the Genesis Batch, we are collecting a 10% deposit to book orders for your convenience - with the remaining balance to be collected upon shipment.
